What it’s like to work with us

The Hotcourses Group is a great company to work for, with over 300 of us across four different time zones. We are a diverse bunch, from all walks of life, with expertise in a wide range of areas. Anyone with the right skills and the desire to inspire people to learn for a better future is welcome in our team.

We are a team who works hard but has fun while we do it. We are passionate about all things education; whether that’s a team day spent creating graffiti art, training our managers up to become great leaders, or listening to Deputy Digital Marketing Manager, Joyce, practise the ukulele.

We have offices in Chennai, Boston and Sydney, and our head office is in Putney, London.

What we can offer you

Learning and development

When you first start working with the Hotcourses Group, you’ll receive a thorough induction and training relevant to your position. We’ll also go over everything from administration procedures to what to do in the event of a fire drill. As your employment progresses, your skillset may be extended through either external or internal training. A good example of this is our ILM accredited management training.

Course Allowance

In addition to any courses you need in order to do your job, we will put $250 towards a course or courses of your choice every year. The possibilities for what you could do are endless. We’ve had people learn to paint, study languages, take yoga classes and even learn to perform magic!

Holidays

You will have 20 holiday days a year in addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays. In addition, we close for the week over Christmas for which you don’t have to use any of your holiday entitlement (normally 3+ days). For every year of employment with us you’ll get an extra day of holiday up to 25 days.

Recognition

We run an ongoing competition through the year with mixed teams from across the business with different challenges to complete. We also have lots of celebrations throughout the year, such as employee of the month and an annual awards ceremony.
