Senior Programmatic Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of SEO and Paid and based in Putney, London, this role has been created to help the company devise and execute cutting edge digital advertising to drive targeted leads across our portfolio of websites.

 

You will monitor large budgets and manage relationships with media owners and clients to drive performance via sophisticated display activities, whilst identifying new growth opportunities to increase more relevant traffic to our sites and those of our clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage global digital marketing campaigns with a large panel of websites through programmatic and retargeting platforms.
  • Monitor assigned budgets and devise ways of spending efficiently.
  • Undertake media planning, media buying and media analysis, the role involves constant optimisation of global performance display campaigns to meet CPA based goals.
  • Define and implement display ideas to promote all our websites, familiar with prospecting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Manage campaign performance, report on performance and make sure suppliers invoices are paid accordingly.
  • Test creative messaging, landing pages and campaigns to optimise performance continuously.
  • Use data to drive decision making process.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong analytical, technical and marketing competency.
  • Proven experience of programmatic planning and buying experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the display media landscape and expertise in targeting specific audiences.
  • Experience working with programmatic platforms and buying display media through DSPs.
  • Experience in campaign strategies, prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with ad servers and mobile tracking technologies.
  • Up to date with innovations in digital display advertising.
  • Analytical skills to discover potential issues, opportunities and to iterate improvements.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings on best practice and get consensus.
  • Good time management and project management fundamentals.
  • A great team player. Must be able to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Ability to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented.

 

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Significant growth in targeted traffic through programmatic advertising, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Improving conversion rates and reporting on revenue generated.
  • Production of regular audits to the Head of Paid and SEO, the CMO and wider marketing and commercial teams.

Head of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to CMO and collaborating closely with Head of Communications, Head of SEO and Head of Paid, The Head of Marketing (HoM) drives the development of a fully integrated student facing marketing strategy for the business. HoM has responsibility for the implementation of marketing activities spanning the UK domestic and International study sectors, prioritising and delivering initiatives and using evidence based decision making, regularly evaluating and assessing against agreed benchmarks and KPIs.

HoM manages both the marketing team and budget and is accountable for the overall customer acquisition and retention plan.  The HOM will guide the day to day activities, motivating members of the marketing team to work with commitment and demonstrating impact through monitoring and evaluation of the team’s work.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceive, agree (with CMO), communicate and deliver strong and innovative cross channel marketing student-facing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives using a combination of social media, email, content marketing, SEO, PPC, remarketing, app promotion, events, offline marketing, key influencer engagement, partnerships amongst others.
  • Inspire, support and mentor the team to deliver great results
  • Manage departmental budget to deliver the best value for the strongest result
  • Build positive and effective relationships across all levels of the business to diplomatically challenge the status quo and deliver required results. Work closely with development and product teams to deliver excellent marketable products
  • Manage your direct reports including International Portfolio Marketing Manager, Outreach Marketing Manager, App Marketing, and SEM.

Compliance Assistant

£25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
FIXED TERM CONTRACT

 

This is a full-time Privacy and Security Compliance Assistant position on a fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of annual extension.

 

You will work as part of a small team working towards General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance.  Your role primarily will be to support the Privacy & Security Information Manager in administration work and writing and delivering GDPR policy.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this newly created role, we anticipate that the duties will include:

  • Administration duties relating to organisation of tasks.
  • Managing data compliance
  • Assisting with policy writing
  • Delivering induction training in privacy and security information topics

This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience in an Administration role and has had some work experience in information security, data, privacy or ISO standard compliance.  The ideal candidate will have:
